Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item or items from your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from your delivery date for store credit as long as it meets the return requirements. You must complete the return request through our returns portal and generate an RMA number. Once your return shipment is scanned by the carrier as in transit back to us, the store credit will automatically be issued to you via email. Returns are subject to a $12 return handling fee, which will automatically be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as these charges covered the cost of delivering your order. Returns can take 5–7 business days to process after your shipment is received by our warehouse.
